In Autumn 2026 GreenCon completed a dairy extension and milking plant upgrade in Heywood, Victoria, delivered alongside Agri Dairies Pty Ltd.
The project upgraded the dairy from a 15 Swing-Over to a modern 24 Swing-Over system, increasing operational efficiency and production capacity.
GreenCon’s scope included engineering coordination, footings, dairy pit and bail extensions, concrete replacement works, yard widening, kerbing, fencing, structural wall construction, roofing works and new concrete standing areas designed to accommodate approximately 300 cows on concrete.
The upgrade also incorporated new feeding systems, pneumatic control gear, stainless milk handling infrastructure and milking plant equipment supplied by Agri Dairies Pty Ltd. and DeLaval.
The project reflects GreenCon’s continued delivery of practical, high-quality agricultural infrastructure across southwest Victoria.
