It’s a rare week that passes by without someone asking whether we’ve got any job opportunities.
While the answer is (almost) always yes, anyone new to the industry needs to know about the handful of things they need, before we can take them on.
To learn about what those things are, a few months back the Cobden Business Network met with James Green, GreenCon’s Managing Director. They had a reasonably wide ranging talk, beginning with the basic ‘must haves’ people need before they can make a start. (Things like the white card.) They also covered a handful of the more intangible qualities James looks for an an employee – things like having a positive attitude and being able to work as part of a team.
